how do I use it?

Apply your chosen hair treatment and place the cap over your hair. Select the low or high heat setting and use it for approximately 30 minutes. Always follow the instructions provided with your hair treatment.
which heat setting should I choose?

Choose the setting that feels most comfortable for you. We recommend the high setting for low-porosity hair, as heat can help open the hair cuticle and improve product absorption. Start with the low setting when you are unsure or have a sensitive scalp.
which hair treatments can I use with it?

You can use the Hot Booster Cap with hair masks, deep conditioners and hair oils. Always check the instructions for your chosen product to ensure it is suitable for use with heat.
do I need to wear a shower cap underneath?

No. The Hot Booster Cap has a removable inner lining that protects the inside of the cap, so an additional shower cap is not required.
will it fit my hair?

Yes. The Hot Booster Cap is spacious enough for both short and long hair and is suitable for a wide range of hair types and textures.
what happens if the cap becomes too hot?

The cap has an automatic overheating protection function. When activated, you may hear a small click and the cap will automatically switch off. Unplug it and allow it to cool completely. Try using it again after a few hours or the following day. Contact our customer service team if it continues to switch off.
how do I clean it?

Remove the inner lining and clean it separately. Make sure it is completely dry before placing it back inside the cap. Do not machine-wash or submerge the electrical part of the cap in water.
why is it not available in my country?

The Hot Booster Cap is designed for countries with a 220–240 V electrical supply and comes with an EU plug. For safety and compatibility reasons, it is not available in countries that primarily use 110–120 V, such as the United States, Mexico and Canada.

Availability is determined by your shipping country at checkout. In supported 220–240 V countries with a different socket type, you may need a suitable plug adapter.
