2. SCOPE

These Terms apply to all purchases through our website www.juvahaircare.nl by consumers in the EU/EEA and abroad. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. PRODUCTS

All products comply with EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) 1223/2009. Product information, ingredients (INCI), and warnings are provided on packaging and our website.

Products are for external use only. Always read labels and perform a patch test if you have sensitive skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

4. ORDERS AND CONTRACT

By clicking "Pay Now," you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may reject orders for fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability - in which case we will refund any payment.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in EUR and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Payment methods: iDEAL, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Bancontact, SOFORT, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay

If you pay with Klarna, Klarna's terms apply. Klarna may perform a credit check.

If payment fails or a chargeback is initiated without valid reason, we may suspend delivery, cancel the order, or pursue the outstanding amount plus collection costs.

6. DELIVERY

  • Netherlands: 1-3 business days
  • Belgium/Germany/Luxembourg: 2-5 business days
  • Rest of EU/EEA: 5-10 business days

Maximum delivery time is 30 days. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, you may cancel for a full refund. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.

7.1 Period

The period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.

7.2 How to Withdraw

Notify us by email (info@juvahaircare.nl) or using the withdrawal form below. You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us.

7.3 Refund

We will refund all payments including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of sending). You bear the cost of return shipping.

7.4 Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Sealed products opened after delivery (for hygiene reasons). If the seal is intact, you can return it.
  2. Personalized products made to your specifications.

Seal = shrink wrap, security sticker, hygiene seal, pump lock, foil seal, or packaging marked "sealed for your protection."

8. WARRANTY

Products must conform to the contract. Under Dutch law, defects appearing within 2 years of delivery are presumed to have existed at delivery.

If a product is defective, you are entitled to repair or replacement, or (if not possible) a refund. Notify us within 2 months of discovering any defect.

The warranty does not cover: normal wear, damage from misuse, or defects you knew about at purchase.

9. LIABILITY

We are liable for damages caused by our intent or gross negligence, personal injury caused by our negligence, and defective products under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect losses or for damage from failure to follow product instructions.

Products are for personal use only. We have no liability for commercial or resale use.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use content without our written consent.

11. DATA PROTECTION

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.

12. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

Contact us first at info@juvahaircare.nl. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. As a consumer, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Amsterdam or your country of residence.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, government actions, supply chain disruptions). If such circumstances prevent delivery for more than 14 days, either party may cancel the affected order for a full refund.

15. FINAL PROVISIONS

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it. These Terms (with our Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement.
