1. WHERE WE SHIP

We ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands to 66 countries across Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and New Zealand, the Middle East and Asia. Your shipping country is selected at checkout; if your country is not listed, we do not ship there yet.

2. DISPATCH AND TRACKING

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day. You receive a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

3. SHIPPING COSTS, FREE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

All prices in EUR; your currency is shown at checkout. Delivery times are working days after dispatch.

  • Netherlands and Belgium: €4.95 - free from €59 - 1-3 working days
  • Austria, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Poland, Spain, Switzerland: €9.95 - free from €59 - 2-4 working days
  • Andorra, Croatia, Finland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden: €9.95 - free from €59 - 3-6 working days
  • Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Gibraltar, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Romania, Vatican City: €9.95 - free from €59 - 5-9 working days
  • United Kingdom: €8.95 - free from £49 - 2-4 working days
  • United States: €11.95 (up to 250 g), €14.95 (251-450 g) or €18.95 (heavier parcels) - free from $95 - 5-10 working days
  • Canada, China, Dominican Republic, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Jordan, Malaysia, Morocco, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates: €13.95 - 5-16 working days

4. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Orders to countries outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom and the United States) may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are paid by the recipient.

5. THE HOT BOOSTER CAP

The Hot Booster Cap is a 220-240 V appliance with an EU plug. It is not available for delivery to countries with a 110-120 V supply (such as the United States, Canada and Mexico); availability is determined by your shipping country at checkout. A 110-120 V version for the US is in development.

6. DELAYS AND LOST PARCELS

Delivery times are estimates. If your parcel has not arrived within the stated window, contact us at info@juvahaircare.com with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier. The maximum delivery time is 30 days; if we cannot deliver within 30 days you may cancel for a full refund.
